    Had essentials needed in the double room, including a coffeemaker and glassware. Plus it had city view. Exceptionally nice location not far from all beachfront restaurants and cafes and a beautiful beach, I felt safe.

    In the room, you'll find climate control to keep you cozy, a safe box to secure your belongings, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels for entertainment. Plus, there's a comfy bed to rest in after a day out. the private bathroom is reasonably spacious and comes with everything you need. 💤.

    Our room had an awful smell from the sewer, but the hotel promptly addressed the issue after three calls to reception. The staff was attentive and upgraded us to a suite without argument. The suite was well-equipped and tastefully decorated, with a beautiful and spacious bathroom. The hotel also provided thoughtful amenities like a cocktail minibar and a pillow menu. The pool area was fine, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The moon spa offered the best massage we've ever had. Despite the initial setback, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Cross Pattaya Pratamnak - Sha Plus to others.
